Interview with the Entrepreneurs

Q:How did you come to work with the shipyards, and what were the main challenges?

A: It was a delicate beginning, where we had to earn the client's trust that we could actually transform the organization—but it was worth it. We worked with them for four years, in Tulcea and Brăila, on 18 efficiency improvement projects.

The Brăila Bridge Project

The most spectacular project was in Brăila, connected to the bridge over the Danube, where the shipyard was producing 81 steel modules, each weighing over 250 tons. They reached out for support three months into the project due to massive losses on each module and a problematic client relationship.

In just four months, we managed to bring the project back within efficiency parameters, and they were able to complete the structure on time. Even now, we're proud to have worked on that bridge, and we hope to be among the first to cross it once it opens.
